How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

Eligibility

• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Customers must have a registered RREFLEKT account to initiate a return or exchange.
• All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
• For exchanges, if the requested product or size is available in stock, it will be shipped accordingly. If the item is unavailable, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

Returned or exchanged items must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Have original tags, labels, and packaging intact
• Be free from stains, odors, perfumes, or any form of damage
• Be securely packed to prevent transit damage

Any product failing to meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
