Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received an incorrect item
- There is a manufacturing defect
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos showing the issue.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized, made-to-order, or altered products
- Accessories
- Products that show signs of use, washing, damage, stains, or wear after delivery
Conditions for Acceptance
Returned or exchanged items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Have original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Be free from stains, odors, perfumes, or damage
- Be securely packed to avoid transit damage
We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet these conditions.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability and successful quality inspection.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product of equal value or opt for a refund.
Return & Refund Policy
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original mode of payment used at checkout.
- Refunds are processed within 7â10 working days after the returned item is received and passes quality inspection.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
International Orders
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or shipping charges paid for international orders are non-refundable.
Pickup & Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, a reverse pickup will be arranged where serviceable.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
- Courier charges reimbursed (if applicable) will be based on actuals with valid proof.
Quality Check Disclaimer
All returned items undergo a quality inspection upon receipt. Acceptance or rejection is based on internal verification, and the decision will be final.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages After Use
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for damages occurring after use, washing, improper handling, or due to customer negligence.
