At RREFLEKT, every outfit is thoughtfully designed and carefully inspected before it reaches you. We are committed to delivering products that meet our quality standards while ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Request Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered. Where applicable, please share clear images or videos to help us review your request quickly.

Eligibility Criteria for Approval & Quality Inspection
Products will be accepted only if they:

  • Are unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Are free from stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, alterations, or any signs of wear.
  • Are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
  • Successfully pass our quality inspection upon receipt.

Exchange

  • Products may be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability.
  • If the selected product is higher in value, the price difference must be paid before dispatch
  • Only one exchange is permitted per order.

Return

  • Approved returns will be issued as RREFLEKT Store Credit equal to the value of the returned product after deducting a 150 return processing fee towards reverse shipping (excluding COD charges, if applicable).
  • Store Credit can be used to purchase any product on www.rreflekt.com and will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Store Credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be redeemed on RREFLEKT.

Eligible Product-Related Issues
We will gladly accept a return or exchange if you receive:

  • A damaged product.
  • An incorrect product.
  • A product with a manufacturing defect.
  • An incorrect size was dispatched by RREFLEKT.

For approved product-related issues, no return processing fee or shipping charges will be applicable. The return or exchange will be arranged at no additional cost to you.
Prepaid Orders
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refunds will be processed only via bank transfer after the customer shares valid bank account details.

International Orders
At present, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.

Fair Usage Clause
RREFLEKT reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or store credit in cases of repeated misuse of this policy, excessive return requests, fraudulent activity, or products returned in a condition different from that in which they were delivered.

Policy Updates
RREFLEKT reserves the right to modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase will apply to your order.
